Shipping policy

Since ALL items are made by hand, there may be delays. If there are delays on your order for any reason, you will be contacted.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will make every effort to contact you within 2 business days if any parts of your order cannot be fulfilled, otherwise your order, on most occasions, will be shipped within 2-4 business days (Tuesday - Friday).

Your order is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once submitted and finalized online.

Orders are shipped via expedited parcel post or courier. 

Please note: shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, courier delivery delays, or other unforeseen and unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

We have a flat fee of $14 for shipments within Canada, and $25 to the U.S. International orders - please email before ordering.
